Windows Flash Settings
Step 1 – Go to your Start Menu and Control Panel. Select System and Security.
Step 2 – Select Flash Player (32-bit)
Step 3 – Flash Settings: Tab 1 (Storage) and Tab 2 (Camera and Mic)
Step 4 – Allow internet and Knovio to access your Camera and Microphone
Highlight knovio.kvcentral.com and choose Allow. If it’s not on your list, highlight any other site and click Add. Then add knovio.kvcentral.com and choose Allow. Then Close.
